Dr. Michael Krein is currently the CEO of RIO Software Solutions, the parent company and provider of the RIO Genesis software platform. It was Dr. Krein's 30 years of experience in the real estate and default servicing industry that led to the creation of the RIO Genesis system, whereby his ideas and management systems were incorporated and designed into a user friendly software system for both general and default real estate companies and their affiliate partners.
Dr. Krein has also served as the President of the National REO Brokers Association since its inception. Members of the National REO Brokers Association specialize in the disposition and sale of Bank-owned properties.
Michael Krein has personally listed and/or sold in excess of 25,000 single family homes (REO) many of which were properties owned by various financial institutions from around the country. He was the Founder/Owner of Nevada Real Estate Services, a seven office real estate firm which had over 400 agents. During his Real Estate Career he has also built, owned, and sold Century 21, Better Homes & Gardens, and SellState franchise offices, as well as additional independent real estate offices.

Jaysen Greenleaf joined RIO Genesis from Phoenix Asset Management, where he had worked for seven years. After starting his career at Phoenix as an asset manager, Mr. Greenleaf was steadily promoted throughout his time with the company. After two successful years as an asset manager, Jaysen was promoted to a client team lead position and managed multiple clients for Phoenix. Four and a half years ago, he was promoted to Director of Client Relations and Business Development, where he managed new client development while also managing existing client partnerships.
Jeffery L. Head is a Graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology with an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics Technology. He worked for a world leader in Dental Equipment Manufacturing, as a Digital Specialist, Technical Writer, and Project Leader. He gained valuable technical skills while employed there. Skill sets that Jeffery has mastered is Technical Writing, Project Leader, and Technical Support. He was Project Leader on several hardware and software installations, including, Fort Hood Army base and the University of Iowa. He has over 20 years Customer Service experience and over 5 years Technical Support and Technical Writing experience.
Susan Finch is our marketing strategist, web developer, brand evangelist, strategic content and graphics creator, social marketing advisor, and our podcast /webinar virtuoso. She is also instrumental in getting them to blair trumpets when we arrive at conferences with the work she does before, during and after an event. She’s worked with our team since the beginning. Her background is in public relations and advertising going back to 1986. She is a sought after guest and author on the topic of strategic content, alliances and social marketing.
Eddie brings more than 10 years of customer service experience and expertise to Rio Genesis. Eddie has specialized in the real estate industry for the last 9 years in property management, as well as being a certified locksmith. Eddie is adept at working with clients from a wide variety of real estate backgrounds, and is extremely customer service driven. Eddie is currently finishing his degree program at the college of southern Nevada and is enjoying his studies in psychology and business management. Eddie’s favorite personal time activities are shooting pool, and spending time with youth through direct volunteer activities. Eddie’s Favorite phrase is “Life goes on.”
Trip works heavily with users discerning the features they most need and enhancing what we have to give them the best experience. He has been instrumental in creating the new user interface and mobile version of RIO Genesis. Users and beta testers are chomping at the bit for the implementation of features. They appreciate his thoughtful incorporation of their requests and suggestions. As a true geek that fell in love with computers at a very young age, Federico has dedicated his professional life to computers and computer science and creating applicable software solutions to real world problems. He is a Product Manager at RIO Software Solutions, and he has been involved in real estate software development for over 4 years.
